so actually career started as a trainer only uh basically when I you know when I when I uh when I came to Bangalore 2007 started in I think you might have heard about jet King good good so I was taking Hardware my networking class right and from there I'll keep learned I learned there many things okay so yeah it's begin journey for training is my you know professional kind of it is you know people uh who are looking really job and right so train them and guide them and whoever come to me and who took the training from me almost everyone 98 there in all job it's whatever they're keeping in mind right so so because it's my training here it's not like in a commercial kind of business point of view it's my intention is core and pure to help you guys to give as much as technical skills to pay the money additionally and spend the time additionally and take the training this training should feel you yes it's a word for me and I have attended and I have learned something and I'm good with that that feeling has to come you come to you you will come to know after two or three classes that guarantee can give you but overall at the end of the course you should feel some experience not Cloud administrator then you need to put into the designer contain dinner in your profile someone ask question interview you should confidently answer with imagine of your what you did the lab right the lab only to help you to you are already working on the real scenario environment even though you're not working that make you to prepare is my job so study and practice and spending time in front of system it's your job and keep studying even I am I'm also keep studying now it's not like you know I'm learning and learning both to be honestly I'm learning and earning and learning teaching and and earning so this is good for me to you know at least keep upgrading ourselves always you know that is in IT industry who who are not upskilling themselves then it is very soon outdated everyone agree yes so right right so now the current scenario current situation is everyone know that is in it's not like so easy to get a job and so not so easy to expecting High package and uh earlier it was there right there are out of 10 who are in the project 10 people then one or two people also up to the mark cello TK you know uh salary is coming and do the job recruiting but it's not like that today's Journey today's journey is very a competitive World automation world and we have to have learn new things then only everyone agrees because because this is demanding the market is demanding like that only so you already understood that during the covet what happened right many people are lost at their job and many people uh laid off right due to the situation circumstance and also lack of skills also so now keep up Skilling ourselves and keep up the good work and uh we will be the key resource so not only Azure and I I would suggest keep learning for one of the automations adding so they put into the profile because the IIT is demanding like that it's not like only government job kind of dedicated we can do it we want to have a good package we want to good have a good life keep learning okay this is what I keep kept in mind and I'm keep learning but when I wanted to teach right so I have to learn it right I have to learn that is the only Advantage for me since last year ATS typically you've added is a 900 is this uh uh let me clear it actually uh the main reason to ask this question is uh yesterday you have given one package like ad and server knowledge Windows knowledge plus Azure correct right uh if I'm going through that package I have I would have knowledge about Azure only right that's why I have asked this question I understood understood see here now this is for Windows server should have a you you do not you have only Windows there is not enough current situation it's 80 and it you it is not enough for now ad Windows Server should have some Powershell and it's not enough and you should have the Azure yes I say it is a complete package for Windows Server administrator I include administrator okay now it means the people will pick your profile and the whatever the existing requirement can fulfill because this person suit for my cloud administrator this person suit for me uh any automations requirement I can I can pull him I don't want to find the resources and this person suit me for the Windows store info section and dependent right right no additionally if you have any networking related Network relate this is for the who are primaries primary role foreign Network related where I can say if you are possible for Powershell should be added you can add it if it is uh I don't know exactly what in the network uh what are your routing switches and security right to talk about if it is it is it is helping you to Powershell good too for adding the Powershell okay obviously plus for Azure required for here and additionally what you needed you can but now the automation is for common forever if it is instead of Powershell if you're using some python some other you know or development tools if you're added you can add it uh like uh right scripting which is automation part what scripting has to say for example scripting means what we don't develop the code and we don't develop the software that's different scripting means what I have a couple of things to do for the manual right which you you know that already it's a Time spending and resource resource utilization high so why can't we make that is in no automate so such things you know that Google giving you everything and if you have some knowledge then you can edit it a script and you can modify it based on your requirement and implement it and you can tell them these are the manual time manual effort we have reduced and these are the time spending we have registered this will help this required for every Technologies but network administrator and security switching if you have a Powershell or any other regular message you can add it okay if sorry Postman Postman yes what is it uh Postman also scripting like API okay okay I have not heard but if it is there please add it okay please add it that's what I'm saying any other uh the automation is tool if you learn please add your related Technologies but for us Windows server is very much needed for this okay okay for your network related please add it for any other informations it's very much required all right okay one thing this is all your your primary and Azure is by default is everyone is required for this your DB your database administrator plus Azure is is required compulsory it will ask you do we have a cloud knowledge you must say yes you are in storage you must say that is in Cloud yes this is how you need to make your primary okay plus Cloud plus what you need to do plus automation this is mandatory these two are mandate you are not only you are having a primary skills please add these two technology always with you okay remember Cloud plus automation exactly that's it so this is what we are looking currently right because this you were already on premises knowledge you have right and that is your moving to Cloud yes and some your service improvement plan some value added Services you want to do you have to think about automations you are in storage yes you are your on-premise storage administrator you have to add your Cloud plus automation you are an application server support plus cloud plus automation this is what people are looking for the profile that's it and what else again you want to go with the little move you know all combination all combination of you can say your one place devops administrator right and this devops administrator can be are you specialist and azure devops are you specialist and AWS devops are you specialist on traditional devops you decided later it's kind of master degree these are all degree these are all specialist in right and now in this you have a lot of things to do you are in you are in going to the solution architect senior solution architect okay and you are in uh director on this technology you are in senior director you have to keep keep adding in this you are perfect your primary skills comes under like that all now within okay once you reach the 15 years of experience keep in mind once you reach the 15 years of experience you should be in a one professional a master skill with you you should not be have but you must have this all knowledge with already when I talk about master skill you must have that reason because you already play played around already right when you are in the call when you are in solution architect senior solution architect and uh there is a impacted there is a you know a disaster happened and you are in the call with the vendor we should have this all right whenever they explain that we should have knowledge we cannot go directly uh having you know one one technical skill and I cannot say solution architect correct this is how our journey career path has to reach and by the time your package would be when you reach the 15 plus years of experience trust me you have to reach it at least minimum 35 to 40 lakh this is the actual market rate you have to reach if it's more than this well and good but this is a minimum for 15 years of experience 35 to 40 lakh is has to be reached no matter what it is your current cell you know current previous experience previous company is not given that much may be started very less salary three lakh right start at three lakh then change the company for they're given the five lakh then they have given for the 12 lakh this kind of around even some people are 15 years of experience they are getting around uh you know 16 to 17 lakh package or 15 lakh package many people are there but think about you should have these role and demand it you will get a job and you can also demand for your what is you know related further related for their experience it's not like having all the knowledge and having 15 years of experience and I'm getting 15 lakh package no not good but it is it's not saying not good but it is it is average right by the time we have a lot of commitment family right and life will be survive but will not achieve anything in your life right it should be double from your experience exactly exactly exactly that is what I was trying to explaining here but we can reach it but when you have but when you have this all knowledge plus the major we have to sit in front of system and do something no one will do this one and no one will spend some time spend time with system laptop right everyone learning but see after the explanation you might be able to understand but that when you so we will be going to implement and we'll be manage the virtual networking we know that already networking when we talk about right so networking the first begin as you know that is in in a traditional Network right when you talk about the traditional Network what are the terminology what are the uh component we talk about terminology in networking what are we some terminology we talk about in a networking number one IEP IP address IP address number two VLAN VLAN number three switches and switching and routing or switches or routers okay switches router right you can say on premises okay what else subnet yeah right and uh then then don't yeah so these are all some you know when language will be comes under but if if I say my whole network right so I think network administrator many people are there they can help I have you know one small organization and I wanted to bring think about there are 5000 employee right 5000 employee and they have a two I have two location okay one is blr and one is chn around 2005 employee are here and 2005 employee here so you know that how to connect with this but connecting with this with the networking Point what are things we need to divide here so basically subnet subnet so how do we deciding the subnet number of uses number of users so first most important the word is the number of IP address how many IP address we want address space we call it right because at the space in its number of number of clients or users number of users number of I overall if you the number of users we are designing say for example I have already 2500 visas right so what how do we Define that what would be the my start IP address and IP address for the blr how do we decide in deciding and what would be the CH and start the IPA doesn't end IP address and all are you using getting one one IP address how do I manage it how do I decide it is one because we are designing here right we are implementing and same things we are going to implementing in a version we will be creating our own virtual Network we will be creating an own virtual Network in azure okay in Azure and we will be creating our own Data Center in one applications these are all resources it would be right to decide this I wanted to understand this all networkings let's begin with you know that already IP address range right what are those classes 0 to 127 so we have that is in in a Range we talk about classes of IP address right foreign you can say class A you have a 0 to 127 126 it comes under for class A but 127 we don't use it which is a we call as a blue backup address correct right and the second class B we are using 128 to 191 191 and the class C 192 to 224 I guess 223 sorry yeah correct okay so now tell me in a Class A what is the default subnet mask we use it 18.104.22.168 the first Subnet Mask [Music] so 22.214.171.124.0 in a class B what would be the default subnet mask there's 16 foreign [Music] and Class C ore subnet mask is zero right now in this what are the default Network address and default host address how to define in a Class A and Class B and Class C how do we Define this is Network indicate [Music] 1 host indicate zero zero now in this 255.0.0 how many ones are there how do I write this 255.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 how do I write in binary number one two three four five six seven eight dot two three four five six seven eight two three four five six seven eight two three four five six seven eight this Clay is correct correct okay so now how do I write here so this is 255 Dot zero so you already know this right how do I write how do I am writing for 255.

8. 256 it means what 256 networks are creating right at work in a Class A and 2 to the power of 24 so how many IP addresses are coming sixteen thousand seven hundred and seven thousand uh sorry one lakh 67. one like 77 I guess one Cruiser one crore 67 lakh 77 216. oh think about when you are using the class a IP address you are getting these many IP addresses and this mini Network it would be like that you have whole network okay and you are creating 256 Network and now the calculations comes under each Network you want to how many IP addresses you want to provide it that comes under for calculation called as a cidr and maybe you know vlsm the calculation part okay I'll I'll come to this point but you can see that that is in default one what we are going to using here now I can say here slash it I can say this slash it yeah so it means it's talking about host or Network it is talking about uh network network correct yeah remember this is the most important when we talk about in Portal Azure portal always we deal with the slash so whenever we use the slash we must understand okay this is a network status we are creating okay now same things if you see in a class B Class B can I write here 16 yeah yeah correct yeah so it should be like that one two three four five six seven eight one two three four five six seven eight and one two three four five six seven eight and two three four five six seven eight correct because I have a 16 ones that's what I'm writing here 16. now same things if you talk about uh networking address like that right which is right both are same in a class B 2 to the power of here once 2 to the power of you can say 16 and 2 to the power of 16 how many networks and how many hosts are coming here 65 536 perfect right 65 536 Network and 65536 host both are equal correct and same things if you talk about in a class C how do I write here 24 plus 24. how many ones are there how many zeros are there here 24 and it's the opposite of your class A which you have taken here now it's become a network not for the host correct Right Now default host address now how many are there only eight it's opposite of Class A so here 256 correct right so now we have we can call as a here slash 24 actually oh sorry one second foreign [Music] please go and mute we are hearing very good music yes okay this is for to to the rest of 24 before right into the power of it correct so we can say here slash 24 correct indicating whenever we talk about remember this most important for slash 8 16 24. so if I tell you can anyone tell

are coming like that so you can you can validate here what is the range of Ip this is taken then it must be here related for your subnet and this subnet is related to Forever address space uh name one more uh why we changing the third octet dot uh one uh that is we are required is uh five subnet that's why see here no no not five using but actual where is it was stopping your subnet here okay okay where is the stopping here 16. okay so you cannot take here like like that right right if you want to take here what should be the change here it should be eight eight eight here if you make it then you can change from here yeah okay okay if you take 24 then you should be reserved for three and you can change here okay okay clear now uh you have mentioned that it is reserved for IP right so first one is the network ID uh and what would be the next three IP same same everyone every Network you should have a fire for a pensive result right for uh it will take 4 IP but uh this uh 10.0.0 is a network it will Reserve correct what what uh other three IP would be there last one should be reserved always remember I'll show you that is in what are those appearances being preserved okay okay so how it is going to design here now when we want to create our own virtual Network you understood here these are my address space and these are my uh subnetting and these are my VM resource created and it would be coming the IP address like that correct now if I design how I need to create my own network how it should be looks like let me just show you this is my virtual Network sorry you can say [Music] foreign virtual Network which I am going to use for 10 Dot 0.0 [Music] 16. right now in this this is the whole network [Music] [Music] now you want to create further to subnet how do I create this is you can Define for subnet a and this is you can say subnet B right and subnet a what should be the subnety I have to provide here how do I get it and I need a further 250 IP address and 10.0.1.0 slash 24 can I use it yeah 24.
another subnet 10 dot 10.0.1.0 1.0 24. right okay so now you can how many Network you can be you can use it in the in this net virtual Network you can use around a 65 turn fan 36 Network right in this I needed only two subnet so I decided I created subnety and subnet B now in this subnet a I should required for to build my VM okay this is my vm1 [Music] okay vm1 and basically once you build a vm1 you should have there is a interface you can say what you call the network interface right every machine should have that is in network interface is it like a Management Port no no there's v as I say you know and I see of This Server okay network interface every Machine Studio network interface so basically what should be the IP address is getting here 10.0.0.1 so 10 dot you have given 0.0.0 24 what should be the equator
should come here 10.0.0.21 is if one is not reserved okay I can say four but basically this is my internal operators right okay in azure we should get one public IP address [Music] remember [Music] okay this public if it's dynamic but you wanted to manage you can manage it we'll discuss for that how do you want to public hypothesis static can be configured right so you are you are always using foreign things you want to use for in a vm1 and here you can use for the vm2 vm2 [Music] and you have the same you know virtual interface Nic network interface what should be the iPads you are getting internal IP address should be 10.0.1.1.4 for your internal IP address and should have the public output should be getting different public apps to connect your machine RDP right public IP address now this is simple creating your own network correct now this network this two Network any VM is connected any VM resources connected so how many subnet we have now how many subnet we have now currently we have configured two subnets to subnet right perfect now this machine I wanted to RDP we wanted to connect this machine how do I connect this RDP through public FP anyway we'll get a RDP correct how do I ease it by default hello I can say there is you need to do the RDP right this is what RDP is a protocol right right and you must have that support number correct correct what should be the port mission to another mission we can do it you know already subnet mask the 255.25.25.0 both of them correct and in this how many IP addresses you're using and based on what so this is what we discussed right here correct correct and I say a254 how many eight bits are coming but my doubt is the same subnet mask how do you that both the missions should talk if you make on no regression next can be no that public IP is statically bind to that particular VM or its Dynamic one dynamic dynamic by defaults are dynamic so any specific reason but uh because as per me it would be fine if we statically
