no i only have cryptocurrency it says i mean they gave us our lunch right they did they gave us our lunch they were happy with it jokes on them man even an impromptu little little trip out for lunch is such a it is a production we have all the kids in there except hannah because we're going to go get her from work after we take kids to lunch yep okay let's do it so we're just taking a little impromptu lunch trip today just spontaneous just to get us out of the house we were kind of stuck and it's like wait a minute everybody's clean everybody's dressed let's go have lunch why do you get to only be the only guy going out for lunch every day well i do that on my way to go get anna right and so today we hijacked your lunch right exactly that's okay i hope so i hope it's okay we were talking about vacation earlier realizing that we can't really go on a vacation this year we've got to take little day trips and little bits here and there we end up taking four hours here eight hours there to fit to fit into well and this is a weird year with all these very expensive projects we have going on that we kind of are stuck at home which we don't mind at all because it's good to get these things done but we do need to get out of the house so lunch is lunch is good are you guys ready to go have lunch somewhere was that a fun surprise kind of a spontaneous little jaunt around town on these bumpy roads so we didn't bring the buggies though so we're no we didn't have to eat the car we are in your nice clean car that you just got washed for me right yes first time of the year getting it clean that's okay though yep i like that but even even to go out on these little short um things is such a production like i came out just with my purse and you're like did you get this did you get this all these things that you have to think of i mean two hours with these kids you know you can't be unprepared you have to yeah you have to be prepared for something you never know so we have like one change always with us and we've got wipes with us always and drinks and oh my goodness but we did it we got out in pretty much record time and here we go let's go who's ready to go inside to red robin we were going to eat in the car but let's just go on in okay we're brave we have no buggies nothing all right come on guys let's do it [Music] do [Music] we got her so that was close call she had a little bit of a melt down there in the in the foyer area bethany to your left honey around the column all right and straight ahead guys well that was very interesting and we learned something we learned that our son david thinks that we're a whole lot older than we are he made a comment about the music that he would rather they just turn the music off and it's like now wait a minute i'm enjoying that music you know it was like from the 70s and so we had a lesson with our kids about he thought we listened to frank sinatra yeah that he liked which we did but only because our parents did right from a nostalgic point of view it was interesting but the music was very loud in there we couldn't film anything because well we can't film we just put it yeah you won't hear us talk is all we because we have to cut their music out otherwise youtube will cut everything and strike us and all that kind of they're kind of funny that way but this was a very eventful lunch do you know that what was it well it was eventful because we got to get out of the house well that's for a vengeful for the kids but and your wife this is the first time that i have paid for our meal a family meal with cryptocurrency and i haven't gotten my physical card yet but i was able to use apple pay which is connected to my mastercard which is connected to my crypto wallet and in that wallet i do not have any us dollars i do not have a bank balance at that exchange so it's all funny money so no i only have cryptocurrency it says i mean they gave us our lunch right they did they gave us our lunch they were happy with it jokes on them mastercard was happy to process that and do whatever they do uh to do there but um you know i was thinking we were talking about i had seen a picture of these two phone like yeah yeah pay phones back in the day and our kids of course i say our kids have never seen pay phones but um but they really haven't ever seen payphones they never have seen literally our fans in our lifetime i mean not our lifetime but in our adult age since their they've been around i mean you know hardly anybody has seen pay phones i'm not sure how many of our subscribers have ever used a payphone and had to use a bunch of quarters we were talking about how when we used to go out we didn't have cell phones right even right i mean my first cell phone we were already married right when you bought me my first self and it was a flip phone by the way we're aging ourselves terribly in this video but yeah we used to sit there and feed quarters and you're and you wouldn't go anywhere without a quarter no yeah that was part of the plan if you were a teenager you had to go out with a quarter so that you could call home if you needed to at a pay phone and the pay phones were at every gas station every grocery store everywhere outside and every corner had a yeah we used to drive up to pay phones we were talking about having to have quarters or you would call you would have to call collect for somebody or if you didn't have enough quarters the operator would get on the phone interrupt your call and say please enter please submit another dollar fifty or something for you to continue your call for three more months how many of you guys in the that are watching this video i've ever had remember that put your comments below and tell us if you dare so the point of this is to understand that sometimes things progress in time well they always progress and technologies improve and what we're gonna find you can't fight it you can't stop it part of the pandemic is that a lot of people have stopped using cash because a lot of places have stopped taking cash because they don't want you know things to be handed back and forth to each other in a cashless society yeah so but i mean we're already how many people pay their bills online get their cash statements online get your bills online everybody gets their stuff online so the idea of a cashless society isn't uh you know isn't in itself evil everybody should always have some cash and some silver and some stockpiles of things of food and water and things that they need too to not have to rely on you know well it's just common sense especially when you have toilet paper and toilet paper you know especially when you have a family my point is is that more and more services financial services are going to be coming online and most of the you know when you think about it why is there a bank on every single corner taking all your money there's no need for that taking a percentage of all there's no need for these banks physical banks to be on every single corner and charging the fees that they charge so what is happening there are a lot of movement the financial markets and the financial infrastructure to make this available this technology available to people just as easy as it is to get information on the internet right so when you think about in africa or india or some third world or un undeveloped area they finally have access to information with their cell phone like half of people in you know in africa and certain parts of africa for example or or in asia they have phones even though they don't have some of them don't even have running water but they have a phone and they can get to their information the idea of the new financial economy is to give them access to money and to being able to access capital the way they access the internet and it's going to be a life-changing thing for the people of this world that have been excluded a lot of financial services just like they were excluded from getting information back in the day or products before you know big container ships and distribution and logistics came so we're living in an era that we can use this technology mom's looking at me like crazy oh i'm just being quiet here this technology can help lives be better and that's the whole idea right you can improve the quality of life for people who don't have that technology we've seen technology affect our kids to be able to access yes materials true anything on the internet anything true good and bad good and bad on most science mostly good friends they can they can choose to stay away from things just like everybody can you can cha you can stay away from doing things that are quote bad right you don't have to do um illegal things with cryptocurrencies in fact you don't you shouldn't you shouldn't do it you shouldn't do you shouldn't do bad things with cash you shouldn't do bad things with other things but it is going to become more and more mainstream i can see that happening and as a technology person i think what is happening now is that especially mastercard and visa because you pretty much everybody carries around one of these debit cards that that combined with apple pay or google pay or some kind of wallet mechanism will allow you to be able to carry um a method of transacting business um throughout the future so if you're interested in finding out anything more about this kind of stuff let us know in the comments below joe knows stuff i'll put a i'll put a link to both uphold and coinbase which are two registered exchanges that have these cards right these are debit cards or mastercards that you can use them and i think they give you ten dollars free that you get ten dollars of crypto by signing up with that link so uh that's pretty cool and you could be part of um i guess it would be called a new world order uh but the fact of the matter is the new world order whatever that is is coming whether you like it or not and you better be ready for it so uh you can plan and use your resources your information to chart out a course that you want to that makes it make sense for your family but anyway i thought it was an interesting day today we did that the opinions expressed in this video do not necessarily represent those of every family member vlogging no no but it's so good it's okay all right we're almost there to get hannah we're gonna get hannah we're getting in deep okay all right bye yeah there's miss cameron here hello miss hannah hi mom we picked you up from work we all went out to lunch today to red robin cool yeah so wow all right i had to stop it a minute ago to talk to your friends there for a second all right yeah you can take your backpack off okay what was i too rough with the door yeah oh yeah it's gonna come off its hinges did you have a good day at work miss hannah yeah i did anything exciting happen uh so we went so so i i i made this quiche that required all the spices what spices uh like i forgot to ask kelsey but you are the one who made the quiche but you can't remember what you put in there uh no but it smelled like onion powder garlic powder uh coriander seeds okay and um i don't think it involved cayenne pepper but well it might have that's typical yeah to put into a quiche yeah it is i did the dry ingredients part and i put the spices in a small bowl and it called for like two teaspoons of salt too okay lots of eggs lots of cheese yeah and that's the wet ingredients though i know that yeah and she get the dry ingredients yeah but usually a quiche would have 12 she's a culinary expert you know 10 ounces uh 10 fluid ounces of milk and stuff so were there any culinary catastrophes today uh no except for at home what was your culinary catastrophe at home so i was trying to get myself together for work and um apparently i did not see my lunch in there i should have made it myself but i'm busted now um so what happened last night did your mother forget yeah do you think i was a little bit busy yeah it happens but um dad had to make me the sandwich and the and she and he had to put grapes in instead of breaking because he couldn't find the grape tomatoes that is a culinary catastrophe hannah yeah it is and you know you can solve that problem in the future completely by making your own sandwiches yeah i don't know why you're resistant to learn new things and you make your peanut butter sandwiches in the morning yeah but you don't want to make your turkey sandwiches in the afternoon no i don't know why i have a tendency to do i'll do that and then usually once you get past your your apprehension you do just fine and you're a culinary expert all over the place yeah right yeah so we need to work on that yeah we do all right quick you're a quick learner she is a quick learner i believe i don't know why she can show her like twice and then she's got it she gets so apprehensive and i guess hannah that's because it falls outside of your routine yeah it does yeah so that's a big problem yeah all right we're gonna work on it yeah okay easy now uh okay anybody finds any trash any water bottles any spare children please make sure that you bring them with you do not leave any children trash etc in the vehicle as you exit the vehicle didn't you used to be a tour guide it feels a little flight attendant tour guide i we have done so many jobs we need to do a video about that i know we have so much experience and so much wisdom and so much knowledge and so many jobs and so much adventure in our lives now hannah you kids have no clue about most of it no they don't we've never told them we do we tell them little bits here and there now hannah when we were in the car you said that you had something you wanted to add jesse wants her mommy oh yeah so what did you want to add hannah what i forgot to say that we went travel training to giant okay did you buy anything well i didn't want to buy the sugar in the raw boxes because they were too small okay and we go through a lot of that don't we yeah but i bought coconut hand soap oh okay so you bought something for yourself that's good yeah it it was like it smells really good when you put it did you do self-checkout yeah we did well good so one cost 249. okay and then my total was 264. okay did they have a two for five deal today uh we didn't even look okay all right well that's okay that's good that you got some new soap yeah okay and you spent your own money and you learned how to do self-checkout and you learn money management skills when you go travel training and all that good stuff yeah because like 264. so all it is 264 is like the two one dollar bills and then two quarters equals 50 plus a dime which is 60.
and and then to make and and then to put it all together you have four pennies perfect tana 264. excellent work yeah okay your sister is beating me up from behind i think she wants to go in okay so i have one thing to ask you okay so i'm still filming so hopefully it's i know okay but um when we go in can i at least do my chores like yes please do your chores like practicing my music for 30 minutes and and refreshing myself yes please okay let's go do that okay okay okay we went out to lunch today does this mean i don't have to cook dinner tonight no we can have the leftover pizza if it's any good my kids are so easy going that way yeah if it's any good all right jessie are you coming with mom she was pushing me from behind that means she wants in that means she wants in [Music] baby let it come ability
