Dear friends! On the eve of the New Year holidays, we are addressing you with a traditional congratulatory word. In it, we summarize the results, talk about what has been done and what needs to be done. The beginning of the 21 century was marked by an acceleration in all areas of society. Cargo delivery, information transfer, banking transactions, and travel between cities and continents – all of these things were rapidly changing in the eyes of just one generation, becoming faster, more convenient, and safer. However, urban transport has not only failed to improve, but has also created more and more problems. Traffic congestion, accidents, air pollution, and the struggle for parking spaces have become a common occurrence for billions of people.

New times call for new solutions, and today there is a company that is offering such solutions: Unitsky String Technologies Inc. At the turn of the year 2025, let's take a closer look at the enterprise that has set itself an ambitious goal of optimizing global transportation and achieving a new level of mobility in cities and regions. Since its founding, Unitsky String Technologies Inc. has come a long way, full of both successes and challenges. And today I can proudly say that UST Inc. is becoming not just a large international company, but also an important component in the evolution of global logistics. To do this, we have all the necessary resources: a strong team of engineers and scientists, state-of-the-art equipment, demonstration and certification centers and, of course, the finished product – urban and cargo uST transport and infrastructure solutions. Unitsky String Technologies Inc. is engaged in the development, design, production, testing and operation of uST complexes.

It is accredited as a scientific organization by the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the State Committee for Science and Technology. Unitsky String Technologies Inc. has a design institute consisting of dozens of engineering offices and an innovative production complex in Minsk, and also two centers for the practical implementation and demonstration of uST technologies in Belarus and the United Arab Emirates. uST technologies are promoted by marketing offices in Russia, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, and Indonesia.

The company has confirmed its competence in conducting tests, as assessed by the Belarusian State Accreditation Center. Our activities are recognized not only within Belarus, but also internationally. As an equal partner, our company engages in a dialogue with the governments and top officials from dozens of countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Belarus, Russia, India, China, USA, Indonesia, Malaysia, Qatar, Nepal, Saudi Arabia, Uganda, and Tanzania. We are recognized by a number of respected organizations, such as the BRICS Plus Association, National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Dubai Roads and Transport Authority, international certification organization TUV SW, ITS Indonesia, Asia Mobility, and iSky Transport Systems Private Limited.

The company develops scientific activities, performs research and development work, conducts tests, and implements its own developments in the production of transport and infrastructure complexes. There are two research centers and a specialized laboratory at the disposal of UST Inc. A scientific and technical council is regularly convened to direct, organize, and coordinate the scientific activities of the company. Today, the company employs over 10 PhD candidates, some of whom hold the academic title of Associate Professor. Sergey Artyushevsky, Deputy General Designer for Science Unitsky String Technologies Inc.

At the same time, several employees are pursuing master's and postgraduate degrees and writing their dissertations on topics related to string transport technology. In the last three years alone, the company's employees have authored more than 50 scientific papers, six of which have been registered with the state. They have also published over 150 scientific articles in journals and collections of materials from international conferences. During the current period, we have signed 14 agreements on cooperation with scientific and educational institutions, including the Department of Physical and Technical Sciences of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, which is the largest in the Academy. Our company's employees also held lectures on the topic of string transport and string technologies in 20 different organizations in Belarus, Russia and China. The scientific potential of our company is the basis on which all of our achievements are built.

In terms of both the quantity and quality of our scientific publications, we have already surpassed the largest engineering and manufacturing companies in Belarus. Let's turn to some of the most significant events, from the perspective of the developers, that have taken place recently. What new technologies have been created and which of the solutions implemented by engineers have already been put into practice in the field of passenger and cargo transportation? In front of us, we see the uLite complex in the Aquarelle EcoPark – a vivid example of the transition from bulky, reinforced concrete monorails with spans of 30 to 40 meters, to light and elegant string overpasses with spans of 200 to 300 meters. The company managed to fully satisfy the client's request – to create fast, economical and environmentally friendly transport for the picturesque area. We are opening the first commercial project. And this commercial project is located here, in Belarus.

uLite began transporting the first passengers – guests of the EcoPark, demonstrating the visual advantages of string technologies. Visitors can admire the scenery from a bird’s eye view and enjoy a ride on the first unmanned rail transport complex in Belarus. uLite demonstrates the versatility of uST product. It shows that our solutions can be adapted to the needs of customers – for any tasks that they want to solve with the help of technology. This complex can be used for urban transportation, tourist routes, and communication with sparsely populated and remote areas.

With the implementation of the uLite solution, UST Inc. has laid the groundwork for the successful execution of numerous commercial projects, not only in Belarus but also in Russia and other countries. During the construction of the uLite elements, a landless installation method was used, which involved placing them over gardens, agricultural fields, forests, ponds, and lakes, with local approaches from the ground near anchoring structures and supporting towers. This method of construction is economical, as it avoids large-scale excavations. Because of this, the string rail overpass has not disrupted the natural terrain of the EcoPark, preserving its fertile soil and biodiversity of the surrounding area. The complex is characterized by low construction costs due to the small number of expensive components in the structure, and low operating costs due to low power consumption respectively.

Viktar Harakh, Deputy General Designer for Integrated Development and Implementation of Unitsky String Technologies Inc. Today, uLite is the most budget-friendly solution in the line of transport complexes of our company with high efficiency and functionality. However, the traffic of modern cities requires more spacious and more load-carrying systems. Realizing this, Unitsky String Technologies Inc. developed and commissioned the Karat complex.

In the twenty-fourth year, the facility passed a series of tests and received a certificate from the TUV South-West company in the United Arab Emirates. The fifth generation of self-driving electric rail vehicles uses advanced engineering solutions and developments offered by UST Inc. The Karat project aims to showcase potential customers the superiority of uST transportation technologies and the cost-effectiveness of implementing them compared to competitors. Many foreign delegations have already visited Sharjah, and the complex has become a weighty argument in negotiations with potential clients around the world ‒ on all continents of the planet. Thus, Karat has made a great impression on the Minister of Road Transport and Highways of India, the President of the American University of Sharjah, and other high-ranking guests, including mayors, governors, and sheikhs.

In addition to the United Arab Emirates, they would like to see Karat perform in India and other countries such as Indonesia. This twenty-five-seated uBus is designed for transportation on urban and suburban routes in tropical conditions. It is maximally adapted to high temperatures and humidity. An automatic high-power climate control system ensures that the temperature is comfortable for passengers, even when it is plus fifty-five degrees outside. This year, we have debugged the uPod automated control system, configured its operability and connected the complex to the control room.

A landmark event was the holding of the Karat rides with the first passengers. Also, an important stage was the testing of the uBus with power supply from the track structure. This is the first transport complex in the world that uses traction power from the rails, without a contact network or contact rail. The company's specialists performed the necessary tests to ensure uninterrupted power supply to Karat, confirming the accuracy of engineering calculations. Thanks to these efforts, a high level of operational reliability has been guaranteed. The most important achievement was the development of a traction power supply unit for the urban uST complex with a semi-rigid track structure.

As a result of the Karat complex modernization, it is now able to achieve a design speed limited to one hundred and fifty kilometers per hour, which will confirm the declared characteristics and open up new prospects for the use of urban suspended bi-rail uST. We worked closely with international audit and certification companies to both confirm existing certifications certifications that we had received and to carry out systematic work to ensure the security of newly implemented solutions. Regarding Karat, the first stage of our work was completed with the receipt of a certificate of compliance with international safety and quality requirements from TUV SW. Karat is one of the milestones on the path traveled by Unitsky String Technologies Inc.

In urban and cargo uST complexes, as a whole, and in each of its elements, the developers implemented principles and know-how that had been honed over many years and decades. The team had to create seven different types of overpasses, fifteen fundamentally different models of uPods ‒ suspended and mounted, monorail, bi-rail and quad-rail, as well as a large number of infrastructure facilities such as passenger stations and cargo terminals, control rooms, switches, traction substations, repair shops and much more. As a result, the company has a reliable, high-tech product in its arsenal.

Having achieved a high result in the technological field, UST Inc. has to show commercial success. Both the management and managers are actively working with representatives from dozens of countries across all continents of the planet. This is a key direction on the way to the widespread introduction of advanced uST transport solutions, which will open up new opportunities for cities, regions and countries.

Among other things, they will ensure the localization of production, creation of additional jobs and local supply chains. Today, for example, in India, intensive work is underway on the implementation of uST complexes. This was confirmed by the visit of Shri Nitin Gadkari, the Minister of Road Transport and Highways in India, to our uSky Center in Sharjah. In India, we are actively involved in projects with a tourist focus. UST Inc. has developed a route that is about a kilometer long, which will provide transportation for passengers to one of the country's attractions. The next project concerns the construction of a string rail overpass for the delivery of passengers to the airport.

Regarding this area in general, India represents a large market where we plan to implement at least one hundred projects and construct thousands of kilometers of string roads. This year, our current projects have also been logically continued and new projects using string transport in Indonesia have been launched. The marketing company Unitsky Nusantara Technologies has increased its efforts in Jakarta.

Indonesia is the world's largest island country and one of the most promising regions for the implementation of uST technologies, where sometimes aboveground transport is the only suitable solution to logistical problems in an area consisting of thousands of islands. The local authorities already understand this, and we are working together to promote our projects. This year, uST transport became part of the nineteenth ITS Asia Pacific Forum in Jakarta, dedicated to the development of smart transport systems in the Asia-Pacific region. Participation in this event allowed us to take on several potential routes in Indonesia.

Also, an important aspect was the cooperation agreement we reached with the Malaysian company, Aisha Mobility. Its goal is to bring UST Inc. to the Southeast Asian market. These are just a few examples. There are many more. Our transport and infrastructure product is in great demand, as the world faces many transport challenges. We have been actively promoting and popularizing our technology.

Evgeny Petrov, Deputy General Director for Marketing Unitsky String Technologies Inc. To do so, we participate in exhibitions, symposiums, conferences, and forums of various kinds. Today, we have reached a level of development where we are already invited to most events we plan to attend. They know us, and they understand the significance of our decisions. The organizers of these events, as well as governments and businesses that are faced with transport challenges, are aware of the prospects and opportunities that we create for improving mobility. If we are talking about the Eurasian continent, we operate in a number of countries - Belarus, the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, and others.

Everywhere, we help solve transport problems, both locally and globally. In fact, our solutions extend to all continents except perhaps Antarctica. It is obvious that, with everything necessary at its disposal and having received recognition and fame, the company is taking successful steps to bring its product to the market. However, what is their strategy? The specialists of Unitsky String Technologies Inc. have chosen the areas where urban and cargo uST transport and infrastructure complexes should be used first of all.

If we are talking about passenger transportation, these are four unique niches. The first is using uST as a tourist transport for national parks, reserves and cultural sites. Our complexes blend seamlessly with natural and urban environments. Aboveground tracks can be laid as sightseeing routes over picturesque places. The aboveground uST complexes will become "roads above nature" and provide a new tourism experience.

Imagine exploring national parks where guests can navigate over protected areas comfortably, enjoying bird's-eye views. uST solutions are also perfect for cultural and historical sites where conventional transport infrastructure may disrupt the natural beauty of the area. The second niche is large infrastructure facilities, such as industrial enterprises, campuses, and business and shopping centers, where uST complexes can provide local transportation. This will allow employees and visitors to easily move between different locations, reducing travel time. This solution will become an integral part of modern infrastructure projects focused on convenience and productivity improvement. The third direction is overcoming the problems of the last mile or pendulum migration.

For large cities where such migration creates congestion of transport and highways, uST can be a reliable solution. Maxim Kubyshkin, Deputy General Director for Design, Unitsky String Technologies Inc. For urban agglomerations, we offer a transport system that allows passengers to be transported from places of mass residence to major transport hubs: metro stations, railway stations, or directly to business centers. In this way, we can significantly reduce the load on existing highways and significantly improve the transport connectivity of the districts.

Finally, the fourth area of focus is overcoming infrastructural and natural barriers. Our complexes easily overcome mountain ranges, rivers, forests and other natural barriers. Moreover, a string rail track structure can cross roads, power lines and other communications without the need for their drastic redevelopment. Such solutions are especially relevant for megacities, where the density of buildings and the large number of engineering networks limit the possibilities of introducing conventional land transport. As for cargo uST solutions, the company is actively working in two main directions.

The first is the automation of container cargo transportation in seaports. Here, cargo uST complexes open up new opportunities by providing automated container movement between storage areas, transport hubs and berths. The system creates conditions for optimal and fast logistics in the port, allowing to avoid terminal congestion, optimizing routes and reducing the cost of loading and transporting containers. The second direction is related to the transportation of minerals using conveyor-type uST systems. For the mining industry, such systems represent a revolutionary solution, making uST technologies attractive to enterprises in this field. Using uTrans as an endless train, we provide a convenient way to transport extracted resources for processing.

This reduces the need for surface roads in complex mining areas, increasing the profitability of mining operations and transportation of minerals. It's time to sum up the results. You can be sure that transportation issues in cities and remote areas are finding new solutions. The engineering team of UST Inc. has collected everything necessary and can handle transportation and infrastructure challenges of any complexity. Specialized design offices, modern technology and powerful software combined with a production and testing base create all the opportunities for leadership.

String roads will really be able to transform the appearance of cities and make transportation within them faster and more convenient. The technologies implemented by uST represent the future of transportation – fast, safe, environmentally friendly, and comfortable. We have developed solutions that are required by time itself. This is not just a belief or a marketing element. We are engineers, and our statements and confidence are based on experience and knowledge.

Even the numerous problems that have engulfed the planet in recent years have not been able to hinder the active and efficient work of the UST Inc. team in 2024. We know that our transport is the best not only compared to everything available, but also compared to everything possible. In addition to significant progress on commercial projects, we have achieved vital results in a number of other areas.

It is symbolic that on the eve of the New Year, we together are standing on the threshold of a new era for both uST transport, which surpasses all known alternatives in terms of its characteristics, and the company that is undergoing a transformation into a global enterprise. Its innovations will become an integral part of the transport infrastructure of the future. The outgoing year 2024 was filled with not only challenges but also opportunities. I would like to express my gratitude to each of you for your contribution to the development of Unitsky String Technologies Inc. and I am confident that together we will achieve even greater success in the future. We are growing rapidly, and we are sure that great achievements await the company in the future.

We plan to complete the establishment of the legal and financial infrastructure for paying rewards to the project’s investors. The conditions for initiating these payments were outlined in the dividend declaration issued by the GTI holding company in 2024. It is important to emphasize once again that this holding company is owned by our investors – it is the parent company of the entire business based on the uST technology.

Therefore, dividends will be paid through this company and its affiliated structures. We will continue to develop our uST projects, introduce innovative solutions in different cities, regions, countries and strive for the next heights. And very soon, most likely in the 2025 year, we will begin to reap the fruits of all the efforts spent over many years. We are writing a new chapter in the history of transportation. Dear friends! Please accept my sincere congratulations on the New Year and Christmas holidays! Wishing you and your loved ones good health, happiness, and prosperity in the upcoming year of 2025. Happy New Year! Happy New Year! May it bring all of us great success and achievements.
