Еще одна самоделка сделанная в моем гараже - крутится 20000 RPM а может и больше
Guys, hello everyone! In connection with recent events, I sharply wanted to engage in the generation of electricity. Well, of course, not just anyhow, but to do everything on the basis of turbojet thrust. Moreover, I have accumulated at least four suitable units and absolutely I want to use everything for these purposes. That is, for those who do not know, I will explain. This is precisely the same driving force that will convert the jet stream into mechanical energy. You can connect a regular generator to these devices, with which I have problems. I have only 2.5 kW. Here is such a device available from a standard
generator. I have already upgraded it, removed the shaft and everything, it can be used, it produces 220 volts 2.5 kW. I think it will be easy to start with it. But the truth of life is that all these devices can produce much more kilowatts. But then again, if they are properly powered. I plan to power it with various gas generators. Here is one based on a model jet engine. He creates a jet here. The jet potentially has 8 kW of energy. Well, at least you can start with it. Or you can start with Hammer. You all remember my long-suffering jet
engine, how much I experienced with it. It's just mind-boggling. Potentially more than 20 kW of electricity can be obtained from it. But it works so-so ... It does not start very well. Well, our favorite, guys, turbo starter ts-21. What a handsome man, look. Don't know anything? So this is it, that same part, already attached to it. I will not disassemble it, I will use it as is. So this is this part. You can
potentially get about 50 kilowatts of electricity. This thing is not yet comprehensible to my mind. So far, I do not know how much electricity will be available. But I also want to make such a small turbo electric generator. It's homemade, guys. There is already an exit with a gear here. Well, there is a turbine with a guide vane. It is necessary to refine, it is necessary to build a building,
exhaust gases. It is also necessary to build a building and a gas outlet here. Well, something needs to be done here. Now I will show you the mechanisms in more detail. Let's start with this. This is the rear hot part with the well-known GTD-350 turbine. Here GTD 350 will continue to live, because there is a brand new bearing, whole, not rusty. And everything is fine inside, Lubrication is supplied. Everything is good, everything is fine. So many mechanisms are here for a reason. That is, I purposefully go to the goal, go to success. Guys, that's not all. There are also such units,
some kind of turbofan units are also incomprehensible, but they do not have a heat-resistant impeller. Also They don't have a reducer so I won't use. I also have a titanium turbine, it is also not heat-resistant. Therefore, these mechanisms will not be included in this video cycle, but maybe I’ll attach it somewhere later, maybe something will work in air or on cold gas (relatively cold). I think that 150 degrees Celsius this wonderful thing can withstand. I bought everything for mere pennies. So don't scold me guys. I couldn't resist. This thing cost 3,000 rubles ($50). Look, there is an expansion zone here, because the ring is conical, there is a
copper gasket. It can be seen that the balanced turbine is heat-resistant. The turbine here, by the way, costs little. That is, it may not be possible to inflate it with any aircraft model turbojet engines, because I have already tried to inflate the Hummers like that. Well, guys, it's too powerful, it has too powerful jet. But little pressure. Here it is necessary to blow with high
pressure. I can show you very quickly what a low-flow turbine is. Look how thick the shoulder blades are on the side. You see, there the passages are almost the same, but rounded. Look here, the gaps are very large. This is no longer a low-flow turbine. so to speak
reactive. It would be nice, of course, to know what this thing is from. It's good to have a gearbox. See, I'm trying to slowly turn. And here it is very quickly unwinding. There is an exit for exhaust gases, which is also very good. It also feels like there is a pocket where you can supply cooling air. That is, in small quantities, air is supplied and it cools the case.
Judging by the fact that there are no holes here. That is, this is the hole for removing the washer. And here, for example, there is a hole for cooling. That is , air that does not burn fuel comes directly from the combustion chamber, namely, air comes from the outer circuit to cool the circuit. It is not clear where the air is supplied. But there is a plug here. Perhaps it can be brought into these fittings. It is not clear where the oil is supplied here and how. I don't even know
what unit this is. It is possible that the oil is simply filled here and it is not necessary to constantly bring it down. I think we will easily figure out how and what here in the future. There is some marking. If it's not difficult, guys, throw a link what it is. You know for sure. I tried to untwist the usual compressor. Spinning just phenomenal, friends.
That is, it's just tin, comrades! But there is vibration. I don't know if this is due to the internal mechanism or the impeller itself. It's hard to really define. So most likely this thing will need to be disassembled. Who wants to see what's inside, put likes, guys, and demand disassembly. Here is such an interesting sound,
as if there is an oil seal. So it's definitely possible that oil is simply filled inside. What is there, what is here, there is not enough guiding apparatus. I don't know how it works there. But in the Turbo starter, the gas generator impeller itself serves as the guide vane. This is how she
looks. I have an extra free one. And if we want to promote it in the normal way, we need to , roughly speaking, somehow weld it in there. Cut off here, welded there and everything will work. Yes, a little wrong, because it must be in motion. Well, somehow it will work, that's for sure. It's just the easiest way to do just that. She spins
, I don't know how. Never used a compressor. You can also try. It's also pretty good in general. And at the same time, guys, absolutely no vibrations. Well, now to homemade devices. Here we have a nozzle apparatus. I showed you this project a long time ago. Well, as you can see, it also rotates. But without the support of the second support, I will not untwist much. That's
actually support, guys. I welded fittings here, made one more, one smaller. It will be possible to pump out oil from one, it may be necessary to supply air to the other. I myself do not yet know how this whole thing will work, because exhaust gases will also have to be removed. Well, in general, we do it, guys, we do it. Now I have already reached the point that I need to weld
this piece of iron in its place. Carefully remove the bearing. I forgot to lock it. The mechanism is so long-suffering that you can't even imagine, friends. Oh how tight I've done here. Wow, super tight, yes.
The result is such a unit. Everything is spinning, everything is spinning. The seams are very good. But how do you get the exhaust out? Here is what is so far unclear. Now, as usual, deep night. Let's go look for suitable pieces of iron for the project. The generator is running.
This is where we will look for something. It would be nice to use this reducer as well. But I'm afraid that it's not fate ... He's too gigantic. But this cap, it seems to me, could be cut off and used just the same. Basically, I don't need it anymore. Although somewhere else it was exactly the same. I will drink this miracle. Very useful item for diy. An unrealistically useful thing. Just some kind of even an exhaust pipe,
one might say, with a corrugation. Class. Can be attached to a motorcycle. Luxury - these aviation technologies and space ones too. Look how luxurious this colander is here. With this thing, you can also come up with something interesting. I haven't figured out what yet. But I know for sure that it can be done in any way. Eh, friends, nothing happened again with r2d2. Just sawed in vain. I had to make my own design. For now, I have cut this matter in half for the time being, in order to show you how each detail looks separately and so that you have already begun to fully understand how it will work. There is one half that connects the nozzle apparatus and the gas generator,
our small turbine, which we will install and try right now. Here in this hole we connect it. Inside, the flow swirls, exits at a certain angle , respectively, of the blades, which are located along the radius. I had to weld a certain casing,
a certain body so rounded that the flow would enter at an angle and, as it were, wrap around in a circle. Again, in a circle. That is, in the same way as the nozzle blades are twisted. This is one half guys. This casing "drank" a lot of blood from me. But still I did, I was not too lazy. Well, the second half of the work - I attached a casing to the turbine to remove exhaust gases. Here it is, with a pretty serious hole, pretty huge. Because it is planned to even put a heat exchanger here in order to heat or increase efficiency. That is, to make,
as always, a multifunctional device. Friends, this heat sink is also needed so that it does not blow on the generator. To blow in one direction, because it had to spray in all directions. This project has been going on for quite some time. I'm not in a hurry with him, I want to do a good thing. In general, so far everything is working out. As long as I'm happy with everything.
See how quietly the turbine spins. You can hear the rustling of the shoulder blades somewhere inside. The thing turned out to be very impressive. In fact, if you put 7 bar of pressure inward, you can get 1000 horses on the shaft. Yes, guys, you heard right. It is 1000 horses that are produced on such a thin small shaft. But at 50 thousand rpm and at seven bars of pressure in front of the turbine. But we are cunning. We will put a small turbine. Potentially
, it can give about plus or minus 10 kilowatts. Although it is unlikely that it will, because we will not have the same efficiency. And we will measure the pressure with this device, which can only measure pressure up to 3 dozen. Well, I don't think we will. But first you need to build at least a collective farm oil supply system, because the turbine will rotate at gigantic speeds. Of course, we will also measure them, and with all this, at a huge temperature, everything will rotate.
Therefore, it is necessary to cool and lubricate the bearings. The pump I, of course, chose for these purposes is not small. I already tried and played. Now I will show you how it works. We feed on 5 Volts and the system is already working. Oil is being supplied. The pump with a reducer, it is possible to adjust pressure. Now it is
set to somewhere around 2 atmospheres. It would seem that the stream is weak. But if you put pressure on her, she begins to resist quite strongly. And hits the pallet with a characteristic sound. Like this. And all this at 5 volts. If you succumb fully to 27 volts, then see what happens. Fully even it is impossible to give in. Too much expense. The aluminum canister for the new oil station fits perfectly. The oil station turned out pretty nice. The gear pump on the gasoline canister has become like a native. Here we have an
oil drain fitting from the engine, an oil intake fitting for the oil pump. Enters the pump. And an oil pressure switch. So far, I have tilted it and launched it into the gas tank neck. I plan to equip all devices with a PWM controller. In fat times, I bought such things in batches and still use them. I still haven't worked out all the reserves. It's good to have stock, guys. But it will be a
little later, because I still don’t know which side to screw it on. I also need an oil cooler. This will be done later. Well, now we have enough to test purely. True, guys, there is one "but". It is necessary to make a cage now for this device, because it must stand above the oil tank. Little by little we are getting ready for the night nix. There is no longer any power
to pull back . Can be carried to the launch pad and prepare the oil system. Final preparations are underway. Pay attention to how much you need to power in order for the system to work. Quite a lot. The turbine and oil system must work perfectly simply. This is what I am writing to you! Everything is connected and ready to start. Here is a measuring tool
that we will use. Tachometer. We measure the revolutions on the shaft. Barometer. We measure the pressure and, so to speak, the pyrometer. Let's measure the temperature, how warm everything will be. Hope the oil doesn't get too hot. But if it is, then we will make an oil cooler. No problem. This is how the setup turned out. I wonder if it will work at all or not. So turn on the oil and let's go. Turbine start. Everything. The ignition took place. Let's see how it works, friends.
There is no pressure at idle. Well, shall we pile on? I turned it off abruptly so that you could listen to how the turbine works, at what crazy speeds it spins. You saw, there were about 20 thousand revolutions. Vibrations are generally small, tolerable vibrations. About 20 thousand revolutions, guys. 18,000 was exactly at full throttle. At what speed should I
now calculate the gear ratio for the generator. I dont know. There should be 3,000. Our working speed, I think, will be 12000. And we will make a 1 to 4 gearbox. I plan to do it on a belt drive. What will be the moment is still unclear, friends. And will it even work? Something the motor there creaks somehow not kindly. Oh, hot oil. Looks like an oil cooler will still need to be installed. The pressure was 005 bar. Small, of course, but it was. Somehow Dima and I tested a similar system. We didn't have any pressure
at all. But here it probably wouldn’t have happened either if I didn’t have such a fashionable device. Have you heard? The oil is leaking and needs to be turned off. Fire hazardous item. The seal is bad, so the oil might splatter, guys. Basically, that's all. Who was interested, subscribe to the channel, support like. Until then, guys. See you again. We are waiting for this thing with a generator. Works!
