Starting a Mobile Car Detailing Business with $500
kevin liu was an insurance agent who loathed starting every day every day so he googled side hustles and started sliding mobile detailing llc i started paul with 500 in my pocket the tip margin is over 50 actually wow yeah on average we do about 30 cars a week it quickly blew up where he was able to quit his daily job where he's now making 10 to 12 000 a month and today he's going to show you how you can start your own mobile detailing business the absolute most important thing you need if you only have 100 bucks to your name and that's how we're going to scale and double the revenue oh i don't like shiny yeah yeah this this stuff no go you have monthly subscription plans that's another 50 bucks right there a nice little decent upsell and three catfulls gets you a full foamy vehicle the biggest mistake was about a year ago when we first started i was polishing an rv nobody tips me in real estate maybe i'm doing something wrong maybe you gotta clean their car maybe [Music] kevin tell us how you got into mobile detailing business were you doing this before yeah so i started this back in 2020 i've already done cars for both my parents and friends and family just like on the side on the side it was more like a weekend thing so i was working my nine to five selling insurance and i was already doing it saturday and sunday just to make some supplemental income right i just have a natural love of cars and just cleaning in general so this was a natural step at which point did it go from you know what this is no longer a weekend thing i'm going to pursue it as a business about three months in the money started making more sense and actually weekly at my insurance place selling insurance so three months in i let my boss and i was like hey man i'm gonna go ahead branch out really appreciate the opportunity but i gotta run my own show now that's amazing now you're doing 10 to 12 grand in revenue per month uh how long has it been since you actually went full time uh it's been about one and a half years now yeah [Music] can someone start this business with literally no money or very very little absolutely i started paul with 500 in my pocket that's what you have and some hopes and dreams wow 500 bucks how did you break that down 500 so pressure washer vacuum chemicals that in itself was about 200 bucks uh 100 into marketing getting running those facebook ads initially the rest of the 200 we put towards the buying the xb wow you don't have to buy an xp of course you can use your personal car or whatever car you got you could you you could take public transportation if if uh yeah if you really wanted to if you had all your equipment if that's not inspiration to you guys i don't know what it is so that's awesome let's talk about how does one grow revenue as a mobile car detailing business is it just about adding customers or are there other sales techniques to do that absolutely so number one thing is just book as many jobs as you can have that open availability on your schedule to take on as much work as you're comfortable with second way paul would be to do upsells so for example we're doing this tacoma right now usually people's engine bays are pretty dirty so right there that's enough for a truck yeah especially for a truck so already right there that's another 75 bucks that you can upsell it's not included in your full package all these little upsells correct that's not included and another good one would be shampooing the carpets that's another 50 bucks right there a nice little decent upsell scaling it's part of that right absolutely the more you scale the more revenue you grow how do you plan on doing that and what's your next three years look like the next three year plan for sliding mobile detailing would be to add more xb's to the fleet we typically we like we like that we love we love the xp as you can see they're leaving looking features unique looking car we like to call them toasters or boxes uh not the most aerodynamic thing on the freeway but certainly a lot of cargo space yeah cheap to insure cheap on gas that's smart very you can buy them out right no loan or leasing required that's especially important for any small business keep your costs down keep your debt down okay and show us you know if there's a hundred bucks to my name what's must-have for me to get started and be able to clean a car a hundred bucks isn't much but it can definitely get you started we've got a pretty good this is a pretty good rig i mean nice and boxy fuel efficient lots of storage it's got everything that you need all right first order of business the absolute most important thing you need if you only have 100 bucks to your name is your vacuum cleaner i buy a used for 20 bucks to be completely honest with you if you're so if you're spending 100 bucks you want to maximize your budget and stretch that out uh second thing second most important thing your microfibers get a pack like this walmart costco less than 20 bucks right 40 would get you get your job done just run them through your uh washer dryer right every night you don't have to have more than 40. and the the last most important thing is uh your chemicals that's it you gotta have all your chemicals of course both for your interior and exterior um 100 bucks is a little again a little thin but it's just enough to get you chemicals if you're if you can budget 20 bucks for the vacuum 20 bucks for the microfibers you got 60 bucks left for chemicals which is more than enough and we'll go to the store and show you guys kind of what's basic in order for you to get started absolutely you know i'm amazed kevin i got to give you a high five and we can kind of yeah you know for this car to be so small you're able to maximize all the space with the up absolutely above the compartment in here you got the cargo box up there yeah you're being super super lean thank you that's awesome i appreciate that yeah [Music] so let's talk about the importance of google ads kevin for a small business are you utilizing that what are you spending monthly what is it doing for you in fact i was using google ads a couple months ago it's been so busy where i've turned it off for the time being wow just just because it's too much it's just too much i don't have the manpower to handle all all of those requests for appointments it's nice to know it's working that's a nice problem to have in terms of spending we're spending about 500 a month about three months ago when we were running google ads is that something you're going to go back to sort of like a lever on off yeah it's a nice little on and off switch so when the time comes when we're able to onboard more employees we're gonna go ahead and switch that sucker back on all right by the way guys we've interviewed an expert in google ads on our podcast so check that out i'm sure you're gonna greatly benefit from that half an hour to 45 minute podcast what's your biggest struggle today as a business owner the biggest struggle for me paul would be definitely time management separating when i'm actually detailing to when i'm actually running a business i think i have the hardest time i usually work from eight to eight man and i come home at like nine o'clock i'm dead tired but i know i gotta answer emails i know i gotta respond back to uh client inquiries so how's that how are you gonna overcome that any ideas that you're working uh i'm working on hiring some kind of secretary or assistant to get to that level or to delegate less important tasks to that person that way i can focus on the bigger picture if you're an owner of a mobile detailing business you know how difficult it is to stay organized and keep your customers in the lube you're always taking appointment requests handling constant phone calls collecting payments and updating customers and you don't have a back office staff to help you out zipity gives you the most modern customer experience tools in the industry all while being super easy to use and it integrates directly with square and quickbooks to make your existing scheduling and payment solution even more powerful manage to get your discount when requesting a demo [Music] alright so we're here at riley's today one of the places where i go get my chemicals joining me is paul i'm going to show you what to get and what's necessary to complete the mobile detailing job so we are here at o'reilly's you've got a 200 budget somebody's watching wants to get into the mobile detailing business show us how do you spend it why and and why and give us any other tips absolutely let's go inside let's take a look typical o'reilly's you guys can find anywhere in any town right yep absolutely it shouldn't be too difficult in all 50 states this is what i would do so first things first you need soap you want to pick up some quality soap the brand that i tend to stick with paul is mcguire's uh where is it right there this is a this is a particular one that i use if i'm either out of product or i need something right away the meguiars ultimate washing wax right so we got soap that's 14 bucks we need a bucket two bucket system okay two buckets which is perfect right here we got two buckets right here six dollars each 12 bucks one to rinse your mitt to avoid any kind of contaminants and scratching the paint and one to actually have the soap in it got it ideally you want to have one for wheels too but so for 200 you don't you can start with this budget yeah [Music] sops standard operating procedures any other finance management tools that you use that would be helpful to our audience by far the biggest tool we use paul is wix that's how our website's based on this is the wix platform so that website allows us to book appointments take payments as well as showcase our work wow everything in one everything in one place so that's why we love wix so much in terms of other tools we use we use google calendar a lot i think that across the board for all of our employees so that way they know where to hit when to hit it and what kind of services that they're offering that day simple but works well right works very well on the financial side what are tools that you're using to manage your finances per se as a small business owner my only finance tool that i'm currently using is quickbooks self-employed what does that costing you about 13 a month oh wow it runs runs on the phone syncs to the computer and that's how people pay you send an invoice through quickbooks and then they pay through that i actually oh and sorry the touch base on payments we also use square i run it on an android tablet we can run card payments with you anywhere anytime right anywhere anytime as long as there's a signal i have lte on that tablet i know quickbooks offers that so why have square and quickbooks or quickbooks specifically just for finances quickbooks for me is specifically finances reason being the interface is so easy to use in terms of the finance part and it also tracks the miles square doesn't track your miles nice when you drive on xb and then the reason why we use squares square gives you that physical card reader where quickbooks doesn't give you where you can only send invoices so i like using them both hand to hand okay they both have benefits and features that the other one lacks how do you create an exceptional customer experience kevin in your line of work in this line of work it's all customer service based so quick response time especially for emails or phone calls i try to pick up on the second ring emails i try to respond back within 24 hours if not sooner and text messages i respond back within the hour if i can if i'm not in the middle of cleaning this glass right those are good standards to have yeah absolutely because any time that you let the client wait that's the higher likelihood that you're going to lose that job right in real estate i've got five minutes five months before i lose that prospect wow let's keep going all right so second thing you need you don't have to spend 50 bucks on a hose because that's yeah 25 of the budget but you do need a hose some kind of nozzle you can go with a pressure washer if you find one for the right deal paul right craigslist yeah facebook marketplace is a good spot but really you just need a hose ideally one with a switchable nozzle so you can do wide and concentrated mist that's a good point second thing you need you need a good quality microfiber wash mitt you need microfiber towels as i mentioned earlier you can pick some up here o'reilly's that's what about another 17 dollars pretty reasonable we do need some spray wax so again i try to stick with mcguire's good dependable trustworthy brand so any of their ceramic products and their detailing products is a good safe bet what does that do to the the finish the result this one for example the wax will make the paint shinier so that'll help not only the presentation but also the longevity of your job and that's applied with the microfiber once the car is fully drilled right after the car is fully dried we do apply it with the microfiber that what are you paying for this space here in everett this space is about 1500 a month 1500. we worked out a negotiation with the the owner to detail his boat part-time yeah and some of his cars all right but uh i would say for for people starting in you don't need the space really right we're going to be focusing on the mobile aspect anyways with the xp so for somebody wants to get into mobile they don't need a space why why the decision for you to go mobile and then have this option as well uh the reason why we got the space is again for the ceramic coating a lot of clients don't have garages so we do need a space in closed space to do the paint correction and the ceramic coating gotcha um but you can all you can start by all means start out without the the space let's do a quick blitz thank you guys for submitting your questions jason mo is asking what is the hardest part of getting to where he is at this point you obviously the hardest part is scalability you can trust yourself to do a job however much you want but trusting another person that takes time true quinn uh blood man was wondering if you were given ten thousand dollars to go towards your business uh what would you spend it on you can only use it on one thing in your business one thing definitely more xb's i could buy three xb's with that there you go it's one thing and that's one thing joe cooper is asking how did you gauge demand for this service i did some market research we have a lot of people that work from home a lot of people in the tech sector that just needs their car cleaned yep and the service that we're offering allows us to do that and serve their needs uh william is asking if you try to save money when buying supplies or do you think in terms of it takes money to make money regarding quality supplies in regards to that definitely buy in bulk i've had good success on amazon buying mcguire's products as well as other brands i recommend in the five gallon sector that's gonna give you the best bang of a buck ratio and good quality stuff good quality stuff uh steven c has an interesting question what income bracket are your parents in my parents are definitely blue collar they both work in the school district they're middle class gotcha what is your favorite business book hustle harder hustle smarter by curtis jackson aka 50 cent good book nice a shout out to you guys if you answer these two questions we'll pick one random person and send you this book for free two questions is how can we improve this channel and what business tool would you like us to build so please comment below we'll send you a free gift [Music] what else are we missing that's just must-have very important must-have wheels obviously every vehicle's got wheels so i love shiny you want to go ahead and have your wheel cleaner i stick with mcguire's all right what else are we missing all right we do need interior cleaner right one of the good interior cleaners that i like using the mother's vlr mother's vlr good stuff so good about it it doesn't leave any kind of sticky residue it's not shiny so some of the oh i don't like shiny yeah yeah this this stuff no go the armal stuff i used to use that or people don't like using that you also need some glass cleaner i stick with invisible glass you know what i like this i like this stuff right here i don't know if this is the one you're talking about oh perfect that stuff works but what do you spray away is a good brand too i tend to stick with invisible glass you can either get the aerosol can or the spray on i usually get the spray on a plethora of options how do you make the right choice to get the best result that you're looking for well that's going on in your head yeah well you definitely don't want to waste your money on products that you know aren't going to work so typically what i do is i do a little research on the internet paul just go on car forms see what works for the most part and what works well for most people and trial and error trial trial and error really as long as you do your research you can go ahead and stick with one particular brand you should be good to go with this new space here what kind of services are you going to offer what are most profitable can you share that the single most profitable service that we're gonna offer in this space is gonna be ceramic coating and then second one would be paint correction and lastly once we get trained it will be the paint protection film the ppf anything else here kevin that you to highlight that is important if someone is also getting a space you want to have good accessibility so for example we have a garage door right here another bay door to allow access for vehicles to come in anything else in here in this space that is worth mentioning that uh you really want to have very good lighting paul so these lights eventually are going to come down and we're going to put in have you seen those hexagons leds yeah we got some on order so very excited to put those in and you need those for ceramic and to see that yeah we're gonna need to have a good lighting in terms of seeing swirl marks and holograms in the paint all right which are the imperfections in the paint besides here with regards to mobile detailing what's the most important or popular service that people keep coming back to you for hands down our most popular service would be the complete and full details that we do all right which is called the slide-in special nice i like that that's your that's your fault that's a slide-in special that's a full package deal you're getting a great four hour cleaning for both the interior and the exterior wow and it's just a good overall cleaning in terms of bringing your car back to where you first bought it when you first got started how did you build your brand awareness brandon get your first customer what did you do call your friends relatives yeah so in order to build my brand awareness i started with advertising on facebook i made the facebook page which is free and then we ran and had which was about i only spent about 10 15 that's it it did take about a month to get my very first organic client in the door after that i was relying on family and friends to build that profile up on the internet facebook with the 10 15 budget after a month didn't help it did it did contribute we did see some results it's a good tip you have monthly subscription plans what benefit does that provide to the customer that's very unique by the way oh thank you so the main benefit paul would be uh knowing that your car is going to be clean absolutely on the dot once a month that's the biggest uh benefit of that maintenance package you don't have to call you have to worry about don't you're just on a recurring schedule your credit card's on a recurring charge second benefit is obviously the cost savings our regular details on average 275 to 350 depending on the car the 175 is all in for any size vehicle and that's already one time a month one time a month so that's already either about a hundred to 150 dollars per month savings already where did you come up with that idea or just rip off on duplicate uh we just we just duplicate it yeah i saw a detail shop up in uh mukultio had a similar package so decided to just care off of that and right out of your customers the number of your customers how much are unreoccurring uh at this time i would say about 20 that's not bad 20 recurring right yeah [Music] what was the biggest challenge that you faced when you got started and how did you overcome that the biggest challenge paul would would have been getting my very first client again it took about a month to get my very first client it was a little discouraging how we overcame that was just kept marketing i kept showing up at different dealerships kept showing up at family and friends house to get the word out there and get jobs started right to get going yeah what are the majority of your clients today we have dealership contracts as well as private party contracts nice so i would say the the breakdown would be 80 20 80 private sector 20 in more of a public sector okay which one do you want to focus on more long term long term i do really want to focus on getting more of those commercial clients we do the vehicles once a month versus a lot of the private clients yeah we do have some maintenance clients as well with the private sector but usually a majority of them are at one time hit right yeah so you want the reoccurring we want the recurring [Music] who do you buy your products from mainly absolutely should i grab something yeah just just take it all right i want to see because i don't think we've mentioned oh yeah so what is this stuff it's just the summer performance guys right yeah so this is the car shampoo you you literally only use three cap fulls and it foams up the whole car so why stick with this distributor uh number one they're local a good business partner to have reason being uh he supplies us with all of our chemicals that we need at a great rate product works very well so this is their this is their suma performance ceramic spray no smell like no smell wow that smells good yeah that smells good yeah so this is their six-month ceramic spray coating so it's not it's not a true ceramic coating it is it's more like a topper what are you paying for this kevin uh a bottle like this runs me uh again i'm at a discounted rate so a bottle like this would run me about 10 bucks 10 bucks yeah and what about that one this one is also about 10 bucks this is their foaming car shampoo again three capfuls gets you a full foamy vehicle that's also very concentrated stuff how many cars a week do you clean on average on average we do about four to five a day and we're open six days a week so that puts us about 30 cars and you've been pretty consistent we've been very consistent with the calendar wow this is absolutely thank you how do you stand out from competition how are you different than all the other detailers out there what makes you different my biggest standout would be just the sheer number of google reviews i believe last time i checked i think i'm number two within the seattle area really wow i think we're right below seattle mobile detailing in terms of the number of reviews so just being aggressive with the reviews just being aggressive with answering uh the customer service aspect of things like their phone calls their emails and their text messages so reviews again bread and butter of the spread wow revenue question where we at in 21 and what were the profit margins 21 we were doing about 80 for the year 80 and what would the proper margins profit margin is pretty pretty high it's about 70 percent really they're all take home everything take home after everything yeah well what was the most profitable or highest profit in terms of service or was it just basically your full detail the highest profit would be the full detail plus a stage of polish which is our slide in ultimate package it is about a 50 upsell wow so to get a full to get the full paint correction plus the hand wax plus and that includes the full detail as well in the package that's the highest profit margin that's pretty good [Music] tell us the ways people can book a service with your company so we have a few different ways paul the most popular method is through our website via wix that gives them the most information at that given time they can look at our services and the cost obviously and also what fits their schedule they can also book the old-fashioned way so they can book us on the phone i'd say 60 on the website and 40 via phone or they can book you a text message as well as email what other avenues are there in terms of marketing for bringing new customers kevin so google ads being number one facebook as well as instagram ads and then the fourth one that i did try and i did kind of use was yelp the yelp ads are somewhat effective i feel that google ads are the most effective then it goes down to the facebook and instagram ads and then the yelp ads okay any highlights there that you want to bring to light in terms of how to do it well or anything you've learned over time really it's all up to your keywords and the search optimization that google uses so you want to use common keyword search terms so if you're based in los angeles for example you want to say mo you want to type in for one of your keywords mobile detailing los angeles that's going to really bring up those search results when people do search for a mobile detailer because you're relying on that google algorithm to find those keywords okay seems pretty simple just make sure you have the right keywords keywords and just make sure they're not nothing over the top complicated like you don't want to use terms where the common person doesn't really know like paint correction you want to use this point yeah you want to use car wash waxing just common everyday language that the consumer understands and most likely will be typing in that search bar [Music] you started alone obviously where are you out with employees today how many what's their average pay today i have three employees working full-time for slime mobile detailing everyone starts at 20 an hour everyone currently makes about 25 plus is that because of tips or what's your pay structure the the base pay is 25 an hour plus tips in order to keep good people you got to pay them well is it common to get tips in this industry the tip margin is over 50 actually wow yeah and even in this area yeah nobody tips me in real estate maybe i'm doing something wrong maybe you gotta clean their car maybe [Music] the seasonality of this business is interesting right in the winter oh yeah summer on average what's it like been for you over the last 24 months uh what can you highlight on that absolutely so definitely during the colder season paul we're going to have a a large reduction like right now yeah no worries uh we have a reduction about 30 or a decline in sales however to overcome that worse we're still out there obviously i'm just wearing a thicker jacket yeah you're crazy not this thicker jacket if the weather is above 32 degrees i will be out there chemical our chemicals freeze obviously at uh 32 degrees or below but if it's 33 degrees we're still out there right marcus that's devotion to duty doesn't matter if there's rain there's hail we've done it all rain hail sun oh snow we won't do that's where i draw the line what can you do to position yourself for a better spot in the winter months for example in the slow season absolutely so during the winter months paul we do focus a lot on interior details because the interior of your car is going to get dirty no matter what so we largely focus on interior details that way we can eliminate the water aspect with the below freezing temperatures we don't have to worry about setting up the pressure washer doing the wheels all that now that we've acquired the shop in everett we're going to be able to do a full in interior and exterior we can have a client drop off as well as a loaner car program where they can borrow a car until this car is done and we can still scale the business by offering the higher end services such as the paint protection the ceramic coating and the paint corrections [Music] how do you find and attract awesome reliable employees in this industry well paul we're already in the car scene so in terms of attracting people i like going to car meets and car meetups specifically just gauging the crowd to seeing if anyone's interested in working on cars on a day-to-day basis so there's a big connection between a reliable mobile car detail and then their love and appreciation for cars that's what i'm hearing yes absolutely another way we track employees is running facebook job ads i've been able to get a couple of employees that way and anything else and last part of the biggest one is probably word of mouth just mutual friends asking friends and family who needs work asking them if they'd be interested in just working on cars all the time tell us about your workload on a daily basis like how do you spend it how many hours a week do you put in absolutely so in terms of detailing i'd say paul about 40 hours you physically do i physically i physically detail the typical person that works at nine to five okay yeah so what about the rest running the business about 20 hours a week i'd say wow dating yeah you're putting in 60 about 60 hours man i've never sleep well you're young yeah we're good you're free we're fine that's good okay [Music] emailing list that's a huge thing for small businesses it can be do you have one how are you using it what benefit does it bring your business and your customers absolutely so going back to wix wix we use it to not only book appointments they also have a feature to do a mass email to anyone who's ever inquired about your services so just going off the wix site we're able to send either like a coupon a newsletter a blog post update i do a tip tuesday for example tell us more about that tip tuesday is a blog post that i do like cart care tips for example is a big one i like to align it with the season so car car care tips for the winter time i see car care tips for the summer time how to maintain your vehicle for winter conditions stuff like that so does that mean the email goes out every tuesday the email goes out on a tuesday where i have time to write that blog post how often do you send out emails to your customers mass scale about once a month on the mass scale yeah i'll do it two months yeah i don't want to do it too much you don't want to go to one unsubscribe yeah unsubscribe i'm calling your competitor you're too annoying [Music] in terms of employees do they drive to job sites on their own vehicles or do you buy vehicles for all your employees so we're currently working on buying more scion xps specifically for all the employees i feel like the cyanxp gives a more uniform and a professional look using uh different employee vehicles but currently yeah two of my employees do drive their own cars two sites but we're going to change that and one of them does have the company psionics b yeah are there any specific insurances you need to have on top and beyond the normal stuff absolutely we need to carry commercial auto a normal personal policy doesn't cover commercial use of a vehicle so you should check with your insurance provider and make sure that you're properly insured for the job especially if you're using the car for business so if you've got a personal use and but you use it for business and something happened it might not be covered yeah that would be scary and that could jeopardize your business as a whole that's true [Music] your business is accredited with the better business bureau correct why is that important uh how does that benefit if any it's more of a marketing tool paul so the reason why we're created with the bbb is we want to gain the trust of the client trust is the biggest factor in this business so just having that accreditation on our website and when we're advertising just gives us that extra edge above our competitors probably doesn't work with all demographics or ages right because i don't really care about the bbb i mean but but maybe there are people that do so yeah is that does that could that be true yeah definitely the older demographic paul appreciate that we're bbb accredited they can look us up on their website yeah they know they can rest assured knowing that they see that triple b absolutely seeing that seal of approval from bbb i also hang it up at our shop i had some representative call me and offered me the opportunity so we went and took it but ultimately it's good to have it's good to have yeah yeah yeah if it's within the marketing budget overhead budget i'd say go for it cool [Music] what about the biggest mistake that you can think of that you've made and how did you learn from it the in the business absolutely the biggest mistake was about a year ago when we first started i was polishing an rv right i made the mistake of using regular car compound on fiberglass rv what happened was after the polish the whole thing just hazed up and we had to go back and actually use the correct product which is for marine and rvs how did you go through that process of customer i mean whether if it was a nice customer dealt nicely that's great but sometimes it's not the case so absolutely what was your lesson there lesson there was definitely do your research before taking on any kind of job i was new at polishing rvs so didn't really know what products to use did a little tiny bit of research on youtube that's the same of the car yeah assume assume the surface of a vehicle is the same as the surface of an rv client handled it well i was able to go back and correct that and of course did a complimentary awesome and we had a good client experience after that and he left a good review that's awesome yeah it's always a good learning opportunity i don't see him as mistakes right it's a learning opportunity [Music] what's one thing kevin you wish you knew that you know now before you started your business probably the biggest one thing that i knew paul or wish i knew is what brands work better over other brands so for example when we first started we were using a lot of armor all i know that's a big no-no with a lot of detailers obviously we got rid of the armor all but before i start i wish i didn't have to buy all that product and waste it so what would you recommend our viewers who are getting into it where do they research where do they find out the best stuff that there is definitely definitely do your google research just simply typing in best detailing products reading reviews on amazon that's a good indication of whether a product works or not for the majority of vehicles you want you want a product that works well with the majority of vehicles right there are certain paints and certain finishes that work better with certain chemicals but overall you want to do your research and due diligence and research what works better overall like a good overall cleaner [Music] do you have a process for asking for reviews how important are they for you what tips tricks can you share with us on that yeah reviews are vital for any business obviously so the number one way i ask for reviews is after a job is well done you get on your knee and say please uh you could do it that way paul but the best way nowadays is text message i send the google review link directly via text message to a client they in turn can either decline or or accept whether or not they write that review for you many of the times we have such a good client service uh customer service experience where we're able to just send that text message do you incentivize them because being in the real estate industry it's it's not easy to get a review maybe from your close clients it's just five minutes their life how do you how do you think we can incentivize to get reviews absolutely so after each detail we do leave a 20 off coupon okay on the dashboard um that not only helps the retention but it also makes asking for that review that much easier because we're already within that client relationship just asking for the view is just the natural next step for us absolutely wow good [Music] people love doubling revenue tripling revenue if that was to happen to you today what do you need to do to make that happen absolutely in order for us to double our revenue paul we're gonna have to add at least another two xb's to the fleet so we're gonna go from two to four we're also gonna double our employee count we'll go from three to six and that's how we're going to scale and double the revenue just that's just the most straightforward way the most streamlined way we're going to be able to double revenue everything else sort of stays as is marketing so marketing about the same more cars more again even without having to run the ads the number of jobs is there it's just finding people to actually do those jobs right especially in this time it seems like it's more difficult look at this this is great yeah i like seeing blue yeah in the sky it's awesome yeah guys if you're enjoying this video if you're enjoying all our videos
