How Automation Transformed my Business?

you have done yours as well now welcome to our weekly automation day and today i'm going to share with you how automation has transformed my entire business now let me share with you a little bit background of mine now i used to do a lot of physical training physical consulting with multinational companies however after the coffee changes i realized the way of doing sales right now is very different we don't even meet up our prospects we can only meet them over zoom or over online right now so therefore in the past one year i have been researching into different automation through how we can help marketing person and salesperson do it better online so that they can relate to their audience they can engage their audience better and they can close sales better because that's ultimately ultimately that's what we want right as a business owner now here here we go now the topic today how automation has transformed my business i used to do all this by using very manual way everything tracked using microsoft excel and i still remember my old way of doing sales i used to work in the bank for nine years can you imagine even though i'm working in a multinational company how we work in the bank how we track our sales pipeline we are still using microsoft excel how i know because these two days i have chat with a reputable insurance company in the market until today they are still using microsoft excel to track their sales and marketing now automation is the coolest world in the market right now you hear automation everywhere people talk about automation right now it actually all started in u.s and why automation becomes so popular by the way thanks to corey corvitt has changed our behavior online people tend to go online more and therefore automation can help us to track our customers activities help us to automate repetitive tasks and also help us to relate and get closer to our customers better now how automation transformed my business i summarize in three points and these three points can serve as a vision for you on how you can also embark on automation to help your business to grow and you need automation to systemize so that you can grow faster and faster right now everything is online right the good thing online is that you have to understand one thing what makes automation powerful is because of this one main reason hear me out what is the reason whatever that you do online is track do you know that do you net do you know that all the activities that you did online are trackable how do we know okay let me give you an example have you go to google one day let's say yeah i happened to you before or not let's say you go to google you are looking for bluetooth speaker okay very simple product right i just go google and i type bluetooth speaker okay then i browse through certain websites a certain brands that sell bluetooth speaker three hours later i go to my facebook and i start browsing then i realize wow they are advertisements that pop out in my facebook page that shows me bluetooth speaker now how on earth that facebook knows that i'm online how does facebook knows that i am looking for bluetooth speaker the short answer is you are being tracked you know that when you are googling when you visit into other people's website people already plan quotes at the back which you cannot see when you visit their website they will secretly send some backhand message back to facebook to tell them hey this user from this ip address or whatsoever i'm not sure about technical i'm not sure whether they really track ib address or not but what i know is that whenever you go to facebook because of the coding that they're planted facebook will know that you are looking for such product powerful isn't it so our automation it helps us to understand our customers better so my number one point today is engage customers so when i say engage customers we always start with one thing first which is awareness and because of like i said online activities are trackable you start to have awareness on what your prospects are doing online okay automation 2 helps you to do that it's all done automatically it can help to track your customers visits some of the automation tools are using email as a channel to send out content or send out message to their prospect so with that when they're sent out using email they help to track all their customers activities right they track whether they open their email they track whether they view their email whether they check their website whether they visit their social media platform all these are all tracked and fit into the automation tool so the business owner will know exactly what vr customers are doing or well or where their customers are browsing or looking for and they can also identify which of the prospects or the customers right now are engaged or at least they are looking for products and services or they are looking for you you are looking for you to buy your product and services so we can tell based on their engagement level whether they look at your content whether they beat your email and whether they go to your website so these are all the interesting things that we can do online so first thing they help you to create awareness and then you can engage your customers by sharing with them education content now this has totally changed my business because i used to do cold calls a lot i used to work in the bank how i work in the bank we had my boss asked me to get at least a minimum five sales appointment every single week now i ask you when i if i need to set five appointments a week if i do cold call every day okay or every week how many cold calls that i need to make every single week before i can get five appointments a week okay now my average i would say about 10 to 20 let's say 10 okay so that means i need to make 50 sales call only then i can set five sales appointment a week that pure hard work isn't it a lot of work to do but right now with automation two i just need to do one time work what is the one-time work that i need to do right now is creating content content that engage our customers content that let our clients understand more about the benefits of our products and services i only do work one time and i can distribute all to my prospects one shot using email as my main channel i also have other channels like chatbot okay which we will leave the conversation to other days but today let's just say we just use one channel to approach our clients let's say email email is also one of the channel that we can approach our clients right so you do the work one time and you distribute through your clients one shot how easy it is i don't need to make 50 sales call per week this easily work right it helped me to engage my customers better so that's point number one okay what's point number two point number two it helps me to save tons of time this is how i duplicate my time because right now with automation i don't even need to hire a lot of admin cloud right now to help me to handle the administration work or documentation a lot of all these things can be done by ai or in other words automation when automation happens all your activities are tracked and put into the system all your activities all your customer behaviors are time stamped as well that means every action right there is a time labor on it and this time information is available inside your automation tool that you can just get all this report with a click of a button you can pull out an entire report then immediately and you can see what is going on in your business now how many customers engage with your marketing how many people read your email how many people visit your website all these are very important marketing information that you can use to remarket or retarget your customers now what is retarget what is remarket basically we are just trying to market to our prospects in different angle nurture our customers to get them know us better and with that you have an opportunity down the road to turn them from a cold prospect into a hot prospect so that it can turns into your sales revenue that's ultimately what we want right we want to get more sales business is hard to do in malaysia isn't it it's very challenging some economy of course a lot of economy are moving but a lot of economy also been very challenging right now part of the reason is that we are we have just opened up for economy right only now you can go out and meet your clients as usual we are recovering for fmco or cmco or whatever mco that we have had in the past six months crazy isn't it how many of you have predicted such viruses can last more than one one year and nine months already right now and it's still ongoing it has affected a lot of business and automation is one of the good strategy that you can use to help you to duplicate your time to help you to save money and at the same time helping to increase sales revenue so these are the three main benefits that we have transformed my entire business i not just even save time right now i have more time okay i have time to even play some games you know things that i like to do okay i even bought ps5 you know i have more time and with all this it help us to be more enjoy as an entrepreneur yeah that you can do the things that you like
