mentors i am worldwide mentors and our guests um my name is mentor cynthia victoria i'm from los angeles california and i'm very well known as 64 years old 64 and a half years old because of taking that barley and i am retired from the county of san diego and at first i was not looking for a business i was only looking for a food supplement that will help me to avoid seeing the vampires in the hospital because um taking lots of my blood tests every three months considering i am a hard stick when you said hard stick it means um you have very small veins and it's hard for them to get your 6.4 your kidney is very good and it's normal a lot of you you know most of your um blood tests came out normal what are you doing that's what my doctor's question what are you doing what are you taking and i said um i'm taking um barley along with my my my prescription so these are from a lot of blood tests uh it went down to three blood tests only and now my medication is like um not a lot a the lower status socioeconomic status in the philippines so i wha what i wanted to do is to have a higher status financially so what i did is or was to have a greener pasture to have my own house to have to have my own car and to be able to travel abroad i work abroad as an ofw so i've been to different places the first country that i've been to was shanghai china as a teacher so i i studied the from philippi normal university although in my thinking i didn't want to be a teacher but then you know like because of the low low um tuition fee i had no choice i had to study i had to finish so then you know it was important to me to be able to teach the kids so then i used that this opportunity to be able to have a a better life so for three years didn't know chinese language she didn't know how to use chopsticks but then for filipinos hard work determination everything will we will surpass right uh we want a better life so we will just adjust whatever we need to have a better future so this is what we what i had went through so after shanghai china i moved to dubai uae so in the middle east another adjustment from the culture tradition and religion but you know what as an ofw this is just nothing sacrifices will be in our blood for our family for our loved ones so but then after that okay move to to canada so you might be saying oh wow this mentor has been so has been to different places all over the world yes but then you know what here in canada all these experiences the educational background were nothing all those credentials were not what had no bearing so i had to study again for a year to have my license to be able to teach so that is what we're going so for for from becoming ofw to becoming an immigrant that i had to go through as well so you know you might be able to relate and during that time that i had to um i started working pandemic came so imagine i'm just starting to to settle down with my finances and also with my family as well and then pandemic has changed this the you know the direction of our life so what i did was this is not my comfort zone this is i i never had a business in my family i never had a business i've never been into business this is my my not uh my my not like my my um not my cup of tea i would say so i unveiled the j package the highest package mentor mary if it had introduced um this uh package a while ago and
